CJC-1295 DAC

CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) modified with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) to extend its half-life through albumin binding. This modification allows for prolonged stimulation of endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion in experimental models.

In research settings, CJC-1295 DAC has been studied for its effects on sustained GH elevation, increased insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels, and endocrine axis modulation. Its extended activity differentiates it from shorter-acting GHRH analogues.
