CJC-1295 no DAC

CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion without the addition of a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC). Unlike the DAC-modified version, this shorter-acting form has a reduced half-life and is associated with more physiologic, pulsatile GH release patterns in experimental models.

In research settings, CJC-1295 (No DAC) has been studied for its effects on growth hormone dynamics, insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) modulation, and hypothalamic–pituitary axis signaling.
